Pearl is headquartered in Kamala. A refined, family-friendly beach town, ten minutes north of Patong. One of the strongest premium villa and luxury condo markets on the west coast. Kamala attracts long-stay families, honeymooners and higher-end leisure travellers.

Surin & Layan.

Top of the Phuket market. Beachfront luxury villas. Branded residences. Five-star resorts. Some of the most valuable real estate on the island. Guests are affluent, stays are longer, ADRs are higher, and expectations are hospitality-grade.

Bang Tao, Cherng Talay & Laguna.

The largest premium villa and condo cluster on the island, anchored by the Laguna estate — golf, marina, international schools, beach clubs, restaurants. Bang Tao is Phuket's most institutional market: transparent pricing, mature management norms, strong developer brands.

We manage villas and condos throughout the Bang Tao / Cherng Talay corridor and know the major buildings in detail.

Patong.

The engine room of Phuket's tourist economy. High-volume, mid-ADR, the deepest raw demand on the island and the strongest year-round occupancy. Condos dominate; hillside villas command premiums for view and quiet.

Property management in Patong is turnover-focused — fast cleans, short average stays, aggressive pricing dynamics. We run a dedicated Patong operation for condo and hillside-villa owners.

Kata & Karon.

Family-friendly, resort-anchored, less intense than Patong. Good condo and mid-range villa inventory, consistent year-round bookings. Property management here is about consistency and the family-guest experience — pools, kitchens, safe beaches, clean logistics.

Rawai & Nai Harn.

Residential, quieter, strongly expat- and digital-nomad-driven. Rawai and Nai Harn attract longer stays from remote workers, retired expats, and Russian and European long-stay visitors. Short-let yields are solid but steady. Long-let and mid-let are the backbone here.

Panwa, Ao Po & Phuket Town.

The quieter, more residential side of the island. Panwa and Ao Po host an emerging luxury-villa and marina market. Phuket Town is a growing condo and residential-rental centre for local expats and Thai professionals. Property management here is lower-volume but steady — long-let dominant, short-let where product justifies it.
